We ship throughout the U.S. Most styles are in stock and ready to ship. For made to order items, please allow 2 weeks lead time. All packages are fully insured and shipped through UPS.
International orders are shipped through FedEx International Priority and are fully insured by us. If you are interested in an international shipment please contact us before ordering at firstname.lastname@example.org. You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes for the import.
We have a lot of wonderful clients in Australia. In our experience, Australian customs will charge you an import fee which amounts to 5% of the value of the item you ordered. If the value of the item is over $1000, you will also be charged 10% GST on the value of the item. There is also a import processing charge which varies but could be approximately $50. These are approximations based on our previous experience and are subject to change at the discretion of Australian Customs.
All sales are final. Exchanges can be made for store credit, but will only be accepted 7 days after receipt of delivery. All orders placed over the phone are subject to the same terms of service. Resized rings cannot be exchanged.

We are happy to work with stones you provide and either incorporate them into existing designs or create a new setting from scratch. We can also source ethically mined gemstones for your project. For custom work that involves designing and producing an entirely new design, we require a $1,000 base fee in addition to the cost of materials.

Repairs, Sizing, and Gold Credit
We take pride in the construction and craftsmanship that goes into our products. If your Lauren Wolf piece breaks, we are happy to repair it for the cost of shipping it back to us.
Additionally, we offer ring sizing and repair services for in-house designs as well as jewelry purchased elsewhere. Repairs and resizing fees typically range between $30 and $100, depending on the project.
If you have gold or platinum jewelry you would like to sell or recycle, we are happy to issue a credit on the metal towards a Lauren Wolf design.
Resized rings cannot be exchanged.
All of our jewelry is handmade in the USA from recycled gold, sterling silver, and conflict-free gemstones. Oxidized silver can fade over time with daily wear. We are happy to re-oxidize your piece for the cost of shipping. The best way to clean your jewelry is with clear, unscented dish soap and a toothbrush.
